Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Flush engine, radiator, and heater core in both directions. Bring Antifreeze to -35 degrees. PH balance coolant to between 9.8 to 10.5. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation.

Service air conditioner. Check condition of all belts and lines. Evacuate and recharge with reclaimed R-134. Test system performance.
-technician was able to diagnose that the front end noise was a combination of the sway bar frame bushings being bad along with also the front top passenger side motor mount

FOUND NO GROUND FROM THE ECM TO THE #6 INJECTOR SHOWING US THAT ULTIMATELY ONE TOOK OUT THE OTHER.. MODULE CAUSING THE INJECTOR TO FAIL OR INJECTOR SHORTING AND TAKING OUT THE MODULE. BOTH NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. FOUND PLASTIC THERMOSTAT HOUSING LEAKING COOLANT. RECOMMENDED REPLACING WHILE WE WERE IN THERE AS WELL

*****NO CHARGE*** -fixing ground issue related to 02 sensor. had to trace down bad ground & repair -vehicle had codes p0152 h02s b2s1 circuit high voltage code & p2197 02 sensor stuck lean b2s1 -diagnosed multiple faceted evap issue, had a bad vent solenoid, had a restriction in one of the lines we cleared, and it needed the fuel filler neck full assembly from Ford OEM
