TECH ROAD TESTED THE VEHICLE AND CONFIRMED THE CONCERN. FOUND FRONT TIRES HAD BROKEN BELTS AND UNEVEN WEAR. A THIRD TIRE WAS ALSO AT THE WEAR BAR. FRONT STRUTS CONTINUE TO MAKE NOISE BUT RECOMMEND THE TIRES TO BE REPLACED AT THIS TIME. CUSTOMER AUTHORIZED THE REPAIRS.

Remove wheels from vehicle. Inspect brakes. Computer spin balance. Reinstall wheels to vehicle and torque lug nuts to manufacturer's specifications.
